1. Normal wear and tear on the vehicle(s) are to be expected. Abuse or damage to the vehicle(s) will be the responsibility of the Renter.
2. Any cost to repair or replace the vehicle(s) and their accessories as a result of any acts of accident, vandalism, fire or theft will be the responsibility of the Renter.
3. The Renter shall not permit anyone under the age of 21 and must possess a valid driver’s license to operate the vehicle(s).
4. Ensure the charger is illumining a flashing green light to know when charging if electric.
5. Everything Guana/Guana Golf Cart Rentals shall have the right to terminate this agreement and take possession of the vehicle(s) for any reason.
6. The renter shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Everything Guana/Guana Cay Golf Cart Rentals, as well as their agents, employees and affiliates, from and against all losses, damages, liabilities or expenses including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and litigation costs which any of them incur arising out of the possession or use of the vehicle(s) by the renter.
7. The renter shall not assign this Rental Contract or sublease the equipment.
8. The renter will allow to make a photocopy of the driver’s license of the person renting and other authorized driver(s) of the equipment..
9. Golf Carts can carry a maximum of 4 passengers ONLY by LAW.
10. Golf Cart reservations can be cancelled with a full refund up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to rental. If not cancelled 14 (fourteen) days prior to the rental day the renter will be charge a cancellation fee of one day rental.
11. A 50% deposit is due upon booking the rental and the balance before the rental start date.

4-Passenger Golf Carts, daily, weekly and monthly term available.
(Golf cart capacity is strictly enforced)
One day CASH $70.00 CC or $75 CC
Two to six days CASH $60.00 per day or $63 CC
Weekly rate CASH $400.00 or $421 CC
Each additional day after the week is $55.00 per day Cash $53 a day CC.
Baker’s Bay daily rate CASH $63.00 or $66 CC
Monthly CASH $1,300.00 or $1,400.00 CC
