“Love Beach” is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom luxury pool home with a full gourmet kitchen, furnishings imported from Bali, and large decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with infinity edge pool extending off the rear sun deck. Private beach stairs takes you down to the beach, where you can lounge in the breeze, sun tan, swim, snorkel, stroll or just relax on the beach with chairs and umbrellas provided.
The house has a very beautiful and private configuration comprised of a main cottage and 4 individual ensuite bedroom cabanas, all with private entrances and decks overlooking the ocean.
In the main cottage you will find the spacious living area with a very well equipped gourmet kitchen and large dining area where you can entertain 8 people comfortably. There is a powder room in the main cottage as well. On the sides of the main cottage you’ll find 4 cottages comprising 5 en-suite bedrooms each with private entrances and ocean views. The level of privacy is perfect for up to 5 couples or 2 families with children. Four of the 5 bedrooms are equipped with a desk, TV, lots of closet space with a safe (2 with safe), a private porch overlooking the ocean and Starlink internet. The 5th bedroom is a versatile space with stunning oceanfront views that can be configured as a private fitness studio—featuring a Pilates reformer, dumbbells, bands, and yoga mats or configured as bedroom with a queen Murphy bed. Guests must select their preferred setup prior to arrival.
Wake up in the mornings and feel the breeze from the ocean through the open doors. Have a coffee on the private porch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, while you go online and check the latest news and emails. The large deck on the Ocean side of the house comes with 4 lounge chairs, a bar area with stools, a first class propane barbecue, and an outdoor dining table. The living room opens up with sliding doors all around, with 3 doors facing the ocean and the large deck area. You’ll probably be living as much outside as inside. Air conditioning units keep the house nice and cool while you are basking on the beach and in the sun. Large outdoor fans will cool you off while you are outside on the porch, when there is no wind.
The pool has a heater and heating is made available in the months of October through April for a fee of $60/day (electricity in Bahamas is very expensive).
