• Pay utilities, such as BEC, phone, internet.
• Pay property taxes and or Hotel Tax.
• Maintain generator, water pump and appliances.
• Maintain landscaping.
• Put up shutters if and when needed.

When guest are to arrive:

• Meet and greet guests at the ferry. 
• Make sure guest cart(if rented) is at the ferry for their arrival.
• Check in guest to house and go over its amenities and answer any questions.
• Offer concierge services (no one else does this). Catering, massages, laundry and more.
• Be on call if and when guest call with an issue that may occur.
• Help guest to ferry if need be.
• Organize cleaning the house and property and do it all over again.
• SAME DAY CHECK OUTS/INS OFFERED.
