Beach Watch : is a located on the Atlantic ocean beach, just foots away from leaving your steps on the beach. It is a open 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom beach house is just a short walk to everything while sitting on more than an acre still offers a great sence of privacy. The house's "birds nest" makes for great sunset watching, or reading a book on the sund deck above the world.

BEACH DREAM : is located OCEAN side and you couldn't get any closer to the beach and just a short walk to Nipper's Bar and Grill. This 4 bedroom 3 Bathroom home has modern amenities and a patio that overlooks the Atlantic ocean.

GRAND VIEW: is located one lot in from the Atlantic ocean beach and on one of the best stretches of beach that Great Guana Cay has to offer. It is true to its name as the third story is a viewing deck that makes great for reading, sun bathing, star watching and sunset watching every afternoon.

LIVING THE DREAM : is located bayside with stunning views of the Bay of Abaco and Fisher's bay. The back deck  is where you spend all of your time, and there are wall to wall hammocks to choose from. Built on three lots  it is nestled in island foliage giving your family group ultimate privacy while the settlement is only a short ride away.

Sea Coral Cottage: has beach house written all over it! Recently fully modernized and sleeps with 3 bedroooms and bathrooms it sleeps 6 people comfortably. There is four different deck arrangments around this little cottage, no lack of CHILL space in the SUN!

SEASIDE :is located on the crest of Fisher's Bay! Newly renovated, it has a huge front deck that makes great for sun bathing, entertaining and sunset watching! There is also a dock in front of the house for your boat or rental. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds that can sleep up to 5 kids. This property is great for all ages!
