Landing Pointe was sold to a great couple out of New Jersey and a great fit for the island. They loved the cottage feel of the house and in the past year together we renovated the inside and out with modern amenities while keeping the Bahmain style of the house.
Bikini Hut is a historic little peice of paradise. We couldnt of asked for someone better to buy this cottage with so much history. The Sands family that was made up of 13 bothers and sisters were raised in this house.
While keeping the historic look on the outside, they did an amazing job with the inside renovations making it such a cozy retreat. This hits the rental market in December and will be added to our site soon as well.
